  Showed up for an order around 10:15 and there were no employees in the building. Lights were on, equipment on, but doors locked and nobody home. Did the staff all quit? What could’ve made them quit if they did?

  Went to the drivethru at 11:10 a.m. Nobody answered. Drove around and nobody at the window. Drove to the front and 5 employees all in the dining room on their phones... smh

  Avoid this place at all costs. I placed an order at their self service kiosk; I had to walk away because it took them forever. It was not like they were busy at all, there were at least three employees inside and there were no customers waiting in the drive-thru. The good thing, I was paying cash.

  I had one of the worst experiences at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Instead of treating customers with basic courtesy, they acted like we were an inconvenience. On top of that, their behavior felt unethical — ignoring orders, making snide remarks, and showing zero accountability when mistakes were pointed out. Rather than apologizing or correcting the issue, they doubled down with attitude. This isn’t just about bad food or slow service — this was a complete lack of respect for paying customers. I’ll never come back to this location, and I’ll be warning friends and family to avoid it too. Taco Bell corporate really needs to take a hard look at how this location is being run.
