As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Not sure how a burger combo came up to $13 the patty was thin and the buns touched each other as if nothing was in between, the bread looked like some one punched a chunk off and the fries were greasy and disgusting, will never return here 👎🏼 also one of the guys in the kitchen was sagging exposing his behind… that alone is a turn off in food service

    Horrible not much else to say. Way over priced. Staff inside was rude and loud, highly unprofessional. I know it's just a fast food place but so is Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell never seen or heard anything like this from their employees.

    Absolute worse customer service. Placed an order online and when I picked up they didn't have one of the items I paid for and refused to give me a refund Instead of helping the manager said I was pissing him off, needless to say I will not return to this location
