As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Absolute worse customer service. Placed an order online and when I picked up they didn't have one of the items I paid for and refused to give me a refund Instead of helping the manager said I was pissing him off, needless to say I will not return to this location

    Came to get food for me and my girl and I saw a roach ON THE WALL! I decided never mind and went to another place to get food but not before one of the worker snapped back with a slick comment. Come on man.. Really place need to be shutdown or hire people who care about a customers needs

    The overnight manager Breon makes it so easy for me to get a refund on DoorDash literally EVERY TIME I come because he ALWAYS messes up my order. I don’t know if it’s from rejection or what but please find a replacement. Thanks for the messed up food and my money back idiot 🤣

    The food was actually really good. I personally don't dislike Rally's. I just want them to make the food correctly and they did that. I try to milkshake for the first time. That was really good. It was super thick when I first had sipped it, but you just got to let it melt down a little bit. I highly recommend the salted caramel milkshake
