EVERY SINGLE TIME we go here there is always an issue with our order or experience and the store manager is rude and does not help at all or refuses to speak to us. The kids who work there aren’t doing their job, extremely unprofessional, cursing constantly and loudly and our simple order of 2 pizzas takes over an hour every time to complete. Even when everything from the order tracking program to their tvs that show order status says order is ready, they say nothing is ready… after over an hour!! When they forget items too they won’t replace it or give a refund. Will never come here again and I highly suggest everyone else should stay away too until they change teams or management. They should be ashamed of the work environment they have there. I have no idea how they have not been shut down or fired yet. Oh and let’s not forget about the spite smashing of our food before receiving it….. disgusting

ZERO coordination skills, and you can’t tell who the manager is due to the extreme lack of professionalism. This establishment needs an extreme staffing over hall.
