This location is in a pretty rough area, and it shows. The restaurant seems chaotic and unkempt most of the time. The service attempts to get food out quickly and that is hit or miss, and it’s never friendly or personable. I can’t recommend this location.

Racist. Lazy. Attitude. Willing to argue. All of the above. Went there nov 6th around noon and wanted to simply use a code for a fry, but I already clicked on it, I first wanted to go through the drive thru, but I decided to go in instead, since I exited out of it I couldn't bring it up again it showed I had already "used" one so I told the lady that and she wanted to give me the biggest argument without even trying the code that I remembered, she insisted I use the kiosk first but I kept trying to explain that it won't allow me to use the code (1 code every 15 min). She got the manager over and she tried it, it worked. I saw all the fries filled to the brim before I placed the order, God knows what they did to mine because when I got it it was half full and God knows what else, maybe spit? I wouldn't doubt it. They were nice to everyone else though, go figure and people call just white people racist? Nah I saw and felt it. Very rude and ignorant people working there and I don't trust them around food.

Had homeless people asking others to buy them food. Service was rude and slow. Server taking out her frustration that they were short staffed on customers. Also being rude when MULTIPLE customers don’t know where to go for doordash pick ups and being very ugly when trying to get the orders from her. Continued to talk about how she was the only one running the front like it was our issue?

10/30/25 at 12pm afternoon...1st of all let me say ,"This is terrible customer service I've ever experienced"...2nd of all,,it was a young lady working in the drive thru huffing and puffing all over the speaker with an attitude!...3rd of all a short elder woman with short grey hair was working at the 3rd window expoditing the food with a attitude, she messed up my order then ask for my receipt rudely and she never came back to give me my ketchup smh...I got it all on record and I'm taking things to a upper management and surely some badges gone get terminated or else.

I visited this McDonald’s to grab some breakfast, and the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The employee taking my order was not friendly at all. After I gave my order, she immediately went to take the order from the car in the other lane without saying anything to me, no “please pull forward” or any kind of acknowledgment. I was confused for a moment and eventually just drove up, since I could hear her talking to another customer through the other intercom.
When I got to the payment window, she told me the total , which she hadn’t done earlier and took my card without a greeting or a smile. She looked irritated and had a noticeable attitude.
At the next window, I stayed polite and friendly, but when I asked a simple question about my Frappés, she seemed immediately annoyed and couldn’t give me the correct price. I politely suggested she ask someone if she wasn’t sure, and that’s when it seemed like chaos broke out. People were yelling, and another employee (with dreads) even came to the window and stared me down.
After she finally confirmed the correct answer, I told her that’s all I was asking but she continued to act rude. When I pointed out that she had an attitude, she turned to the window and said, “No I didn’t,” in a rude tone. The person in my car even called out, “Yes, you did!” because it was so obvious. The older woman (with a short fro) just glared at me, and continued to go back and forth with me regarding her attitude which was honestly ridiculous and I just drove off.
If you have a bad attitude, you shouldn’t be working the drive-thru window. Customers have every right to ask questions about their orders without being treated poorly. The customer service at this McDonald’s is extremely lacking, and management definitely needs to address it.
