  The short, curly-haired employee was extremely disrespectful and rude. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable for someone of his age and position. It is disappointing that he has not learned basic customer service skills by now. Please make sure he receives proper training💩🪲

  I stopped there the other night and was that the speaker for almost 10 minutes with no response.I pulled around to the window held my hand up like what's up and the girl at the window gave me the nastiest look. I will not be going back. I was not the only customer to drive off

  Waited 15 minutes for food while almost every order from the drive thru came inside because their order was wrong. This is not the first time I've had bad service. I recommend trying another McDonald's.

  Fiance and i got lunch, i used my app so it had my name on the order. We sat at a table directly infront of the counter as we waited. My fiance went up to pick up the food and the employee gave him a hard time cuz of the name. Then i went up there to pick up the drinks and she barked in my face my name and with a raised voice demanded why i was sitting Im disabled, have fatigue and back issues, its the reason why my fiance drove us today, i didnt have energy to cook Completely rude, unproffessional Will not be coming back We have our orders wrong nearly every time , which included this time. He had tl go back to get an item we didnt recieve and same employee made him repeat himself 4-5 times. but this behaviour was the last straw

  Placed by order for curb side pick up since the drive thru here always takes FOREVER. I arrive 5 minutes after I placed my order so I knew I would wait a little but after 25 minutes of waiting after order tracking said they were on the way to my car I decided to go inside to find the door locked…finally some one comes to the door and gives me my food. I got the grinch meal and everything was cold and soggy and most importantly they forgot my grinch dill pickle salt…so I go back in to ask for my salt because at this point I was better off putting my food into the air fryer at home. Anyone I tried to ask ignored me so after 10 minutes of additional waiting I walked out. My husband called the store and they told me to come in and ask for the manager. I hate complaining and I know everyone is busy but after waiting so long I did go inside and ask someone for a manager just to be ignored again and for 10 other customers to yell and say they would like to speak to one as well. Long story short after being there over an hour, no one spoke to me, I left with soggy cold food, and I never got my grinch fry salt…this just confirmed I should take my past 5 experiences here and never return…
