They alternated between them, but when my turn came they skipped and did the other lane for the next person waiting. The menu was going to change in a few minutes. I yelled to let them know I was in the other lane and that they had skipped me. They didn’t respond. After a couple minutes I drove off. No point in being there if I can’t get what I had come for

All lights would be on; even the open sign was lit up, but I just ended up sitting at the ordering board for 10 or so mins getting no response. One time I pulled around to see if anyone was inside and one worker opened the window and told me "no one else is here so I'm not taking any orders." and like "shoo"ed my off. I understand that the staff switch out and so one person probably doesn't want to be responsible for handling all the stations, but at least turn off the open sign or just go ahead and take down the 24 hours sign on the building then because at this point, they consistently stop taking orders during certain early hours, daily! And there's no need to be rude just because it's early in the morning and you don't wanna work.
