I spent that time thanking the stars the food I was waiting on was not for me. Had it been, I would have walked out for my own safety. One glove on, one glove off and touching everything, but never change gloves seems to be the store policy. Gross.

The person who was on the line making the food was clearly very new and should not have been alone making orders he was very slow and the portions he was putting in burritos and bowls was ridiculous. But even then i accepted it as i could tell he was new. When it got time to wrap my burrito he didn’t know how to wrap and asked the cashier for help. The cashier then came over with gloves on he was just handling money with and proceeded to wrap my burrito. I said something to him about that he stormed off and changed gloves like what i said was wrong. I then said i didn’t want the burrito I’ll take just the bowl. No apology or anything just annoyance! Horrible customer service. Typical Portsmouth experience! I wouldn’t go here if you can help it!

Okay no big deal right. 15 minutes later they say oh it's cooking slow it will be another 15 minutes. Not great but fine. Finally 50 minutes total now have gone by and they say oh it will be 60 more minutes. WHAT How is that possible? No explanation. Very poor management. Does not want to take any responsibility.
