Got home to a half full bowl and the smallest burrito I have ever seen come out of chipotle. I paid for extra portion of steak and revived at best the regular amount. Not to mention the smallest amount of additional toppings. I drive back to the store and asked if I could have both the bowl and burrito remade. I was met with confusion and asked "well what's wrong with it even after I presented the small portioned food. I was told that the company is strict on portion sizes. I was extremely frustrated with the lack of help I received. So much so I just left items at the store. It's just so disappointing continually accepting mediocre food after using hard earned money to pay. There is a lack of customer service at this location. There needs to be consistency with the portions. I shouldn't have to stand and watch people make my bowls to get a decent amount.

Don’t get me wrong the concept is solid the execution not so much . The location near me is Portsmouth Va 1805 Fredrick Blvd. The manager who I will not name was friendly enough, he offered to remake my order , he got a little snippy when he thought I wanted to keep the original order. Why would I want to keep an order that I found to be low quality and visually repulsive? Don’t get me wrong I have had great food from that location, I need consistency to continue to continue to support the brand!
