I had a taste for the Chicken Noodle Soup which I've had several times in Norfolk and it was, 'To Die For,' -but after I got it here I realized the Soup in Norfolk is much different from this location. For a minute I thought I ordered Chicken Soup instead of Chicken Noodle Soup. O'well! What can I say other than, "I am Thankful for every God blessed me with." Thanks you Chick-Fil-A for adding extra Chicken in my Soup ........ Naomi T. Turtles!

Will went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to our needs, making the entire process stress-free. The food arrived on time, was well-organized, and tasted great, everyone in the office thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s clear that Will takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and it truly made a difference in our experience. We would absolutely recommend working with Will for any catering needs. - SLStephanie LeggettMar 31, 20261.0It’s ironic because they’re usually the best fast food restaurant in other cities, but in Portsmouth, this Chick-fil-A is exceptionally poor compared to not only other Chick-fil-A’s but the fast food restaurants that are in the city / very nearby it (the regular employees are nice, the manager helping them was obviously rude and clearly showed why this location has such poor reviews for a chick fil a , bad attitude and bad management
