  Two half pound roast beef sandwiches sliced and made perfectly! Employees were very polite and courteous. The people that were working at 4:30pm 4/17 - 2026 are great employees and deserve recognition 👏 . People are always so inclined to leave negative reviews, but don't give credit when credit is due! Credit is definitely due on this order 🙌. THANK YOU ARBY'S CREW!!!

  After I was parked for 15 minutes they brought my order. Even though I specifically asked for sauce at the window it wasn’t brought to me. They also forgot my drink. So I had to go back through the super long drive thru. To top it off every bit of my $30 order was cold. Not even warm. Cold fries & cold mozzarella sticks suck. They were friendly but it’s still not cool.

  This is the worst Arby's location I've been to. I don't know if they are short staffed or just don't care. I went there today for lunch and last week as well. You have to sit at the speaker and wait at least 5-10 minutes before they take your order. I think its ridiculous that you can't pay extra to get a larger soda that comes with the box lunch. I had to ask for sauce 3 different times. They were out of packs so she went into the dining room and put it in a cup. I didn't, get straws. I dropped off my husband's box to him and realized she put two mozzarella sticks in his box and I got two dessert egg rolls. At least this time she was nice. Can't say that about the last time. I just don't know how this location stays in business. Noone who has a 30 minute lunch wants it to take 20 minutes (even with no other cars in the drive thru) to get a sandwich. This place is the opposite of fast food.
