  Asked for extra ketchup and mustard...would have been really nice if it didn't end up all over the OUTSIDE of the bun. And the sandwich wasn't even completely wrapped up before being put in the bag. Oh and one kiosk was down and the other one wasn't printing out receipts. That being said...I understand the employees work really hard. That particular store is usually really busy. The gentleman who gave me the order was very friendly. The lady making the order was pretty busy with other orders. So no shade at them, except maybe next time making sure the bun itself doesn't have excess condiments on the outside of it. The wait time wasn't long at all and I was so hungry lol. Edit...I went back a day later as a door dash driver for an order. Stood for 10 minutes waiting...they weren't busy. Finally got someone's attention and asked about the order...it was sitting on the counter the whole time. I asked if the order was done. The person picked up the bag and put it down and walked away, completely ignoring me. After a total 25 minute wait I contacted doordash and had them reassign the order. Doing so cost me the money I was supposed to make, but waiting around for that long also cost me money. From all the reviews I've been reading, this store really needs help.

  The lady at the drive through window was super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, half of the breakfast at 8 am was inedible. The coffee tasted burnt, the sweet tea was basically brown water, and the hi-c was flat. I ordered oatmeal and was never advised they were out of the raisins and apples. I got soup for oatmeal ans then had to pull around again to inquire about the toppings. Thats when they advised they didnt have any. I asked for a refund and was given one, after they tried to convince me just to swap it for something else. Thankfully I was only passing through on vacation.

  I have stopped at this Mcdonald's multiple times when visiting Poquoson most recently today (a Thursday) for lunch. Nothing strong positive or negative to report it is what I expect from a Mcdonald's. The employee I engaged with was respectful and called me sir which you don't always get in customer service. The location is a prime spot in town and there was enough parking. Not too crowded during a slightly early lunch time. Food was as expected minus one sauce packet that was forgotten. Not huge inside and single person bathrooms so if it was crowded I could see it not as pleasant here as my experience.

  I drive past two other fast food places of the same name to get here. It’s the only McDonald’s in the area that I like to go.
