  Ordered a sub, drink, and 3 cookies on April 6. Got home and the 3 cookies I paid for were never in the bag. Called the store multiple times — no one ever answered. Went back the next day (April 7, around 5:10 PM), ordered another sub, and politely told the employee I never got my cookies. She immediately told me she "put them in the bag" and made it clear she didn't believe me. I called the store right there in front of her to prove no one picks up — and sure enough, no one answered. Another customer even spoke up and said she may have put my cookies in someone else's bag. She still refused to make it right. I asked them to pull the security footage from 5:10 PM the day before. I was told they "didn't have it." Convenient. Left embarrassed, still out my cookies, and treated like a thief over a $6 order. Phones that never get answered, staff who call paying customers liars, and "missing" camera footage are not okay. Corporate needs to look into this location.

  This was the worst experience the girl working there was on the phone she didn’t even listen to what we were saying because she was talking to someone nothing about work that’s unacceptable when you are with customers

  The older Indian woman making the sandwiches is not a customer service expert. (Much like the soup guy from Seinfeld) The food was typical subway so no complaints aside from that.
