  This place has a terrible regulation on a free taco. So you receive these coupons from the store when you have had a bad experience. I.e burnt quesadillas or low amounts of meat. I have worked at a taco bell before and know how these coupons work. In order to use it stated by this store. "You must purchase an item before you can redeem the coupon." Like brother the only reason I got this coupon is because you messed up so why am I paying for something when I'm just trying to redeem a coupon you gave me in exchange for my happiness now I'm unhappy. Thank you for making me unhappy taco bell again...

  We had a great experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. Ordering was quick and easy, and the food was delicious and prepared well. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and very clean, making it a comfortable place to sit and eat. Overall, everything from the service to the food was excellent, and the kindness of the staff truly made the experience even better.

  Man I always dread when my order is wrong.... Fast food is WAAAY to expensive now a days to not get what you paid for. Each time I ask for my order to be made right (and I'm always VERY nice because I know mistakes happen and fast food workers do not get paid a living wage). Man if looks could kill... this is the third time I have asked for my order to be made right only to be given the death stare by workers at the window. I have for the most part just sucked it up when they get my order wrong, but if it's really messed up that's when I asked for it to be remade. Again I'm always very kind and polite only to be treated like absolute garbage from the workers at this location. I'm definitely not going to be coming to this location again, so will be eating at taco bell 95% less. I tried to be understanding for so long, but the way I was treated today was my breaking point. I have worked in fast food and I know it sucks a lot, but I've never treated anyone like that, let alone a customer that was being kind about a mistake I made....
