Each time I ask for my order to be made right (and I'm always VERY nice because I know mistakes happen and fast food workers do not get paid a living wage). Man if looks could kill... this is the third time I have asked for my order to be made right only to be given the death stare by workers at the window. I have for the most part just sucked it up when they get my order wrong, but if it's really messed up that's when I asked for it to be remade. Again I'm always very kind and polite only to be treated like absolute garbage from the workers at this location. I'm definitely not going to be coming to this location again, so will be eating at taco bell 95% less. I tried to be understanding for so long, but the way I was treated today was my breaking point. I have worked in fast food and I know it sucks a lot, but I've never treated anyone like that, let alone a customer that was being kind about a mistake I made....
- SLStacy LitchfordDec 7, 20253.0I have been to a lot of Taco Bells in my life, but I have never had tacos that were freezing to the touch because there was frozen lettuce in them. I don't know how the staff didn't notice that, unless they just don't care, which is also worrisome. If not for the meat, my hard tacos would have been 100% freezing cold. It's ridiculous. My husband had a soft taco, so having the lettuce folded in with everything else made everything cold. I was at least able to remove the lettuce from mine and you could see the ice glistening. I do not recommend going to this location. The reason for 3 stars is because they had clean bathrooms and I was greeted. Whoever owns or manages this location- it was the staff working on 12/7/25 @ 1:30-2pm. If not for grabbing food to go as we were on a long trip, we would have taken it back.
