Such polite service and wonderful hospitality. First time ever having Pizza Hut and will definitely eat again on our way back home

I was left on hold for 1.5 hours just for the manager to have an attitude and say it "isn't her problem" that I can't give them back the order THEY got wrong because I have no transportation. No option to replace it. Now I'm forced to eat this disgusting wrong order without my dessert. There goes my service.
