They left our food sitting out on the counters for north of 40 minutes according to the worker at the store. Employee refused to remake our soggy cold sandwiches or to give us a refund. Employee also got an attitude and verbally aggressive with my girlfriend when asking her to make this situation right. I have filed a complaint with subway Hq but I want a manager or owner to maker this right. This is ridiculous and disheartening.
