But you have to make sure you double check every item every time. We recently went though the drive through, I ordered a breakfast wrap while my wife got a sandwich and hot chocolate. Not only was her hot chocolate just watered down coco mix, I never received the wrap we paid for. If it wasn’t for the fact I had to get to a meeting, I would have gone back through the line, but it takes 20 minutes just to get to the window. Very disappointed with this location and will not be returning anytime soon.

I pull up to the window and he tells me my total and I try to give him my card to pay and he just starts stacking straws while My hand was getting tired. Then he takes it and hand my drink whole time he’s not smiling just acting like he hates his job. He gives me my drink and he says have a good day but not even being able to fake that he enjoys his job. Is not my fault you have a bad job you choose to work there. Don’t take out on customers because we’re the reason why you’re getting paid to do your job. But this Dunkin is going down hill every year.
