  I waited 5 minutes to get my pizzas out of the warmer. The website said they were out of hut dust but the tavern pizza came with it anyway. The toppings on the tavern pizza were mostly all in the center of the pizza which wasn't cool. But overall, the food was decent.

  I went to pick up my pizza and female employee was really rude. She insulted me and mocked me, pretending she couldn't understand me when I spoke to her, telling me "English, please." She slammed the pizza down in front of me. This woman provided terrible service.

  Well let see we ordered our food and they said the food would be here at a certain time it never showed up and we call and they tell us that the food is sitting there and they have no delivery drivers to pick it up and the only thing she can do is cancel our order… why have a service for delivery if you can’t deliver

  The younger head red haired manager is rather immature and rude does not know how to handle customer service issues let’s her immaturity get the better of her so she gets flustered and yells and curses instead of trying resolve issue she was being politely informed about she is deff not management material nor should she be working with the public with how quickly she becomes aggressive and rude.

  My family and I ordered a really large order of pizzas and wings and the food was cold, the pizza and wings had strands or red hair all throughout of it. I immediately called back to inform them about my order being that I paid over $100 and the customer service was very poorly handled. I asked for a refund and they told they couldn’t do it but instead offered me a $10 credit? I’ve been getting the run around for 5 days now waiting for a call from the district manager and I still haven’t heard anything yet. I will honestly say that I will NEVER be ordering from this location again! 0/5 stars for me.
