Just because they made my order wrong, she proceeded to tell me that, even though it was made wrong, it was not her problem because it was an online order, and then I couldn't even get a refund or offered to remake it. It's not about the money; it's about the principle of the matter. If you can't find anyone better than her to work the front, then y'all are doing a really pitiful job, or Brittany needs better training. I recommend you guys pull up the surveillance footage from today, September 8th, at about 2:30 p.m. She tried to accuse me of being aggressive, which that is not the case at all. If anyone was being aggressive, it was her; she pulled the food away aggressively and even tried to take the receipt out of my hand so I couldn't get her name to file a complaint. Because of this egregious customer service I will no longer do business with this Pizza Hut. I would recommend to everyone I know not to do business with this Pizza Hut, and I know plenty of people who hold fundraisers and are boosters for local schools that I will recommend not doing business with this Pizza Hut. Do better.
