This Dunkin’ consistently delivers excellent service, quality, and reliability. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by a clean and welcoming environment, as well as a staff that is attentive, courteous, and efficient. The team here works together seamlessly, which is especially noticeable during the morning rush when the store is busiest. Even with a high volume of customers, orders are prepared quickly and accurately without sacrificing friendliness or attention to detail.
The coffee is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent—something that is not always guaranteed at every location. Whether I order hot or iced drinks, they are balanced and well-prepared. The food items, from breakfast sandwiches to donuts, are served hot, fresh, and exactly as expected. It’s clear that this location takes pride in maintaining the high standards of the Dunkin’ brand.
What really sets this Dunkin’ apart, however, is the staff’s professionalism and customer care. They go above and beyond to make sure customers feel valued, whether it’s remembering a regular order, offering a genuine smile, or taking an extra moment to ensure accuracy. That level of personal touch makes a difference and keeps me coming back. Would definitely recommend to everyone God bless 🙏🏼
If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. The manager, Alane, is unprofessional, rude, and has no regard for how she treats her employees. This morning, I witnessed her yelling at a young lady with black hair wears it in a bun all the time who was working in the drive-thru. The way she spoke to her was completely unnecessary, personal, and humiliating. I was so uncomfortable watching the interaction that I left without paying for my food her behavior completely ruined the experience. This was not an isolated incident. I have seen Alane treat this same young lady in this manner multiple times before. Each time, she seems to take pleasure in belittling her, and it is heartbreaking to watch. Employees should be guided, corrected respectfully, and supported not shouted at in front of customers. If there are issues or mistakes, those should always be addressed privately in the back or in an office, never in a public setting. The young lady being yelled at did nothing to deserve this treatment. She was doing her job, yet she was made to feel small, embarrassed, and disrespected repeatedly. Witnessing this made me feel a mix of anger, frustration, and sadness. I wish I had gotten her name so I could let her know that I recognize her professionalism and patience in such a hostile environment. I will make it a point to ask for her name next time I see her, because she truly does not deserve this kind of treatment from anyone, especially her manager. It’s obvious this manager does not care about the well-being or morale of her staff. A manager’s role is to lead, guide, and support their team, not intimidate and humiliate them. Alane’s behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on this location. I strongly believe she should be investigated and removed from her position immediately. Employees should feel safe, valued, and respected in their workplace, and right now, that is clearly not happening here. Watching this unfold was upsetting, and it completely ruined my visit. Customers should not have to witness this type of behavior, and employees should never have to endure it. This location needs leadership that prioritizes respect, professionalism, and employee well-being. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values a safe and positive environment for both staff and customers.
