The men's bathroom has been broken for several weeks and when I called their hotline to report the problem I almost thought I had the wrong number. But he introduced himself as some kind of customer experience expert or something so I believed him. If other Wendy's stores are run this badly, I will probably avoid them. This is the same store where a number of employees quit under unknown circumstances too; I barely remember how long ago that was. Wendy's, this is one of your only locations for miles. Do better.
