  I waited over 30 minutes for my order in the drive thru just to get home and find out the order was wrong. They had zero people eating inside and everyone that came through the drive thru had to wait. I won't be back, how disappointing 😞.

  My experience was just okay. As a fast-food stop, the service was quite slow. The fried chicken itself was a bit bland and lacked flavor, and it didn't come with any sauce packets, which would have helped. The dining area tables weren't very clean either. Hopefully, they can improve on these points.

  I usually enjoy bojangles but this was a highway stop, biscuits were hard the offers no condiments, my side fixings were cold.

  I'm not sure but the BBQ sandwiches may have made me sick. The BBQ sandwiches were not even on their menu. This was a surprise as BBQ is a Bojangles staple in the South. Also, I had to talk down the AI and get a human being at the ordering window, so I could get help finding the BBQ. I finally got a human being and it wasn't easy, as their AI had no clue what I was trying to order!

  Store is dirty, no napkins, had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to take my order. My frys were old and had no Cajun seasoning and the biscuit was like a brick
