I immediately let the employee named “Remy” (older Hispanic woman) know that consuming it could send me to the hospital. Instead of showing concern, she responded with aggression and said, “This is a waste next time make sure you put it on your mobile app,” while glaring at me. There was no empathy or effort to help resolve the situation. Food allergies are serious, and that kind of response is unacceptable in any food service environment. It felt dismissive and unsafe. Another employee who made my smoothie was kind and professional, but unfortunately this interaction overshadowed everything. I hope management addresses this and provides proper training on handling food allergies and customer care

The service was already fast, which made going there so much better. I also really liked how friendly the staff was especially this one worker named Maiko. She was really sweet and patient while I was making my order. I definitely plan on coming back!
