The last several times we’ve been I’ve started noticing a massive decline in not only the food and service but the building itself but I’ve never said anything until now. Last night one of the lemonades tasted like really strong vinegar possibly indicating fermentation or bacteria in the lines supplying it. On another occasion I drove all the way home only to find out that one of our burgers were missing and had to drive back to town to get another one which they did remake. Over the summer we went several times to get blasts and 90% of the time they were made with the wrong ingredients and we ended up with completely different orders.
I also need to point out the massive decline in the building itself… exterior wall panels falling off, outside of the building has been nasty looking for well over a year or more, the stalls are rusted and look as though they’ve seen a world war and each one of them used to have an order button. The back of the parking lot where the trash is also looks like no one really cares anymore.
Sonic in Tazewell used to be a nice place but now it looks like it needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

I hate leaving a review as bad as this one. However, today was the worst experience I have had with fast food in a decade. I arrived and checked in on the app. After waiting 15 minutes I decided to go through the drive through. The girl working was rude. She didn't greet me when I arrived to the window and it felt as if I was a burden to her.
The food was horrible, cold, hard tater tots and very disappointing.

Food wouldn't have been bad if it was right. I ordered Chili Cheees fries and got regular fries(they rang up wrong). Ordered a double burger and got a single. Not to mention I tried ordering on the app that they clearly want you to use because there are only a couple of stalls to begin with. The only decent part was the carhop Kenley dealt with me very professionally.
