We all use different kiosks and none of us got it printed receipt with an order number. They would yell out numbers and look at us expectantly like we would know what our number was instead of letting us know what was in the order. The screen that would also normally have the order number and what was in it was turned off. Two of our orders had shakes in them and they let us know after the order had been placed that their ice cream machine was down, and offered to replace The milkshakes with large drinks instead. When we asked them if we could be refunded on the price difference they gave attitude and made It seem like they did not want to refund us and ended up giving us something else ' make up for it'. We watied about 30 min while watching other orders that were placed after ours come and no communication from anyone about what was going on with our order.

There were so many upset customers over that 30 minute nightmare. Thank God my local McDonald's aren't this awful.
