But wait, it gets better. Strike 2 - Both sandwiches (quarter pounder & McCrispy) were extremely dry like they were under the hot lamp for hours. Strike 3 - There were only 5 chicken nuggets in the box that was supposed to contain 6. To top it off, there was only one pack of Ranch dressing, barely enough for the 5 nuggets. Definitely avoiding this particular McDonalds.

She followed what she was told without arguing, but the manager or whoever was in charge raised his voice at her in front of customers. When she walked to the counter, she could still hear him in the back talking about her in a loud and disrespectful way. It was embarrassing and unprofessional. The “refill policy” also seems to change depending on who is working. One employee told her refills were allowed as long as she bought something that day. The person in charge said something completely different. The issue was less about the policy and more about how she was spoken to. The cleanliness is another concern. The floors are often sticky or have spills. The drink station is usually dirty, with straws, tissues, and other items sitting in the drain area underneath. There was also a time when she ordered a drink through the app and never received the cup or the refund. I hope this location works on improving customer service and cleanliness because experiences like this are discouraging.
