Most recently, they served me cold meat and then said my tacos were cold (between the coubter and the walk to a table) because I got sour cream. Bruh. Sour cream shouldnt make the entire thing cold and the tacos hard in under 5 minutes. The manager has an attitude problem and obviously doesnt want to hear what customers have to say or their experiences. She tried arguing with me and I obviously didn't want her remaking my food with resentment so I asked for a refund, which she also had an attitude about. This location sucks. Will not be going back.

This is robbery and this place should be shut down. Tried to get assistance through the app and nothing. I want a refund. Edit: also, the carne asada was dry/flavorless and the red salsa tasted sour/spoiled. This has never been an issue at any other chipotle location I've been to.

After receiving incorrect information from his employee he refused to correct or even acknowledge the issue at hand. Very unprofessional did not own the problem or even try to assist the customer.. very rude answered my question that if I was given wrong information by one of his employees how was I to blame. Needs to learn how to hold a conversation. Just very poor customer service skills. Very disappointing to see a store manager that is allowing his employees to provide false information and the customer is left the blame. Unprofessional needs to be taken through some type of training because he looks and acts like he wasn't fit to be a store manager.

What do you want?.. myself and the other customers were appalled. She then proceeded to try to stretch the rice because we were in within an hour of them closing so both myself and the lady in front of me had to ask her to put more rice in the bowl… It is a rice bowl correct… She was the rudest person ever!
