I ended up waiting far longer than expected just to get a simple order. The service felt slow and unorganized, and there didn’t seem to be any urgency from the staff. For a fast food restaurant, this kind of delay is unacceptable. It completely defeats the purpose of “fast” food. Overall, the time wasted waiting for my order made the experience frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend this location if you’re in a hurry.

I hate the AI operator at the order box. When you have employees as great as they are, I’d much rather them take my order over some environment damaging robot trash.
