  Both doors had “drive thru” without an explanation and I couldnt order inside. I walked here from my apartment building and didnt want to drive back home just to come back out and go through the drive through. I stood in line in the drive thru and no responded on the intercom either. Poor communication and bad experience overall.

  I had a really great experience here tonight. The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly the way I ordered it. Everything tasted really good, and you could tell care was put into making the order correctly. The staff was friendly, patient, and worked quickly even while staying professional. The restaurant itself also felt clean and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Overall, this was one of the best Taco Bell visits I’ve had in a while, and I’ll definitely be coming back again.

  This location is supposed to open at 9:00 a.m. but the doors to the lobby are locked and then when you get in the drive-thru that is the only way to ask a question and my question was whether or not they were still serving breakfast which apparently they no longer offer anymore but then I had to sit in the drive-thru because I was trapped before I could leave and go somewhere else. If your store opens at 9:00 open your doors at 9:00, and if you're no longer serving breakfast put up a notice so people don't have to get in the drive-thru and be trapped to find out

  NEVER order here. This place should be SHUT DOWN! I pulled up and this is the first thing I see. Boxes overflowing their dining area. No renovations going on so no reason to not have them put away. Proceed to order at the kiosk and listen to a HEATED employee fight in the back. Witnessed and heard employees dropping food service utensils on the floor. Guy at the counter was also running the drive through asking the customer to stop misgendering him. I canceled my order and went home. I’d rather eat something out of my fridge I wasn’t in the mood for than risk eating whatever this place serves.

  I’m tired of paying $15 for my girlfriend to have a mental breakdown. She is autistic and this is her safe meal, but this location serves white goop (sour cream) and tomatoes despite her ordering regular about a quarter of the time. It has reached the point where she feels targeted and just throws the entire order in the trash. Corporate ignores us, so I am putting this here: you are failing your customers. Either train your staff to actually read the tickets or stop charging us for food we can’t even eat. It is pathetic that a simple order is such a gamble every single time.
