As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    Yall don’t put no love in nothing , The lemonade Taste like sink water or Something ask for a cheese Burger it no cheese barely any ketchup on it I am not from here and checkers never taste this bad for me. Y’all need to get it together.

    Zero customer service. I walked up to the window. The female cashier looked in my face, instead of taking my order she got the broom and started sweeping the floor. There was 4 other people in there. No one step forward to take my order.

    These young kids never paying attention, messed up the order after having to repeat 3x, pulled off didn't have the sauce I asked for, they didn't have anything right just won't be going back.

    They were out of several things that I tried to order. Then I was told after I paid that I would have to wait for my tenders (not the best tenders I've ever had). They asked me to park and when they finally brought my order out it was missing part of the order. I asked for a mixture of sweet and unsweetened tea since it is always too sweet and I was only given unsweetened tea. The young lady that took my order and the gentleman that brought my order out were both very nice.

    My fries tasted like they were coated in a something that left a weird texture coating the inside of my mouth. I hated it. BUT, their customer service is on point.
