  Cold food so I took it back and you all took my money you said I would receive my refund back to my card and I have not received my money back, So now you have people working for you who is taking money, Not COOL And you took the food back

  This place Has gotten terrible.. the staff always Have a nasty attitude.. they serve cold food and incorrect orders all the time.. the wait time is ridiculous even when there is only 1 vehicle in the drive thru lane. This used to be my favorite Rallys in Norfolk but now I wouldn't even get delivery from Here because I know something will be wrong, missing, or Cold 🤦🏾 if your Having a good day please dont come here they will mess up your meal and day 🤷🏾

  Manager rude and service is slow! Manager is rude if you have ordered food and waiting for the food the items. App tells me the food should be ready and you arrive and the food is 15 mins behind schedule but everyone coming through the drive through getting there food while you still waiting for them to make yours! Make it make since! Then to be rude and say you can leave it if you want and close the window on me. I keep my composure because she was real disrespectful and rude.

  The management in this place is horrible. My child recently had an experience at this store that reflected poor leadership from the general manager. The way situations were handled showed a lack of professionalism and guidance that employees, especially younger workers, should receive in a workplace. Good leadership is important in creating a respectful and supportive work environment. Based on my child’s experience, it seems the general manager could benefit from additional leadership training to better support and manage staff. I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the leadership and overall environment at this location.
