  I almost bust my tail coming in the door it's so slippery throughout the restaurant, there were no wet floor signs no where in there. I had to literally ask her to put some on the floor. And they see you at the counter and won't ask you nothing but stare at you. Oh yeah so unfortunately I came back here. To get my grandkids something to eat and they messed up their whole order. The manager who I talked to told me to bring the receipt and they'll remake the order. So I came the following day. They're closed now. But the district manager was here and apparently the store wasn't gonna reopen til Wednesday which is today. Of course he's not here. So he said bring back the receipt on Wednesday ask for me and I'll remake your whole order. Never happened please eat somewhere else

  Probably the worst drive-thru setup in the history of drive-thrus. I had to drive around the building and park in the front and go in. That being said once inside the food was good and the restaurant was clean. But I can't stress how horrible the drive-thru is. It was literally designed by a Jerry's kid.

  Don’t come here, the service is terrible and the workers are disrespectful and rude. You can be the only people in there and have others come in after you and still be the last one to leave.

  I placed an order at the store and they were missing my slushie and sundae and immediately I was told to go through the app, but I ordered with the website. The website told me to contact the store and I did and they kept telling me to go through the app and there was no way for me to get a refund on the two items that were missing very displeased. I would’ve been satisfied with a substitution if I knew there was going to be no way I could get my money back. I’m practically just giving free money out
