- BBBellaMar 27, 20261.0Usually I have no issues with this panera but today I do. I placed a grubhub order and they were quite busy so I had to wait about 20-30 minutes for my order of a salad and a soup with bread bowl, but that isn’t what I have an issue with. When I order salad from here, specifically the green goddess cobb salad, it always comes with a thinly SLICED avocado. Today, they put an unsliced sliver of avocado inside of my salad with parts of the seed remaining and the SKIN STILL ON. Just because the panera is busy doesn’t mean the quality of the food should be diminished. On top of that, this is so unsanitary! I don’t know if they wash the outside of the avocados and now it is touching the rest of the salad, you don’t know what germs could be on that avocado skin. Very disappointed.

I've had multiple experiences where my order was sitting on the counter behind the cashiers, and they've just sat talking to each other while I'm waiting to tell them I'm picking up.

My friend was handed a smoothie by a worker named Maddy, and instead of handling the situation professionally when there was confusion, she accused my friend of stealing and even snatched the drink back. This was completely uncalled for and extremely unprofessional.
