  Worst McDonald s in Norfolk. Didn’t open up until 7 am this morning. Suppose to open at 6 am. Owner needs to get rid of management , always slow service .

  I wasn’t going to write anything, but after reading the reviews and seeing that the same issue happened two years ago, I feel I have to speak up. On March 24, 2026, the burgers were raw inside. The big arch and the bacon quarter pounder… I had already eaten a small portion, and it made me ill for a week. After I complained, the manager was nice, replaced the burgers with new ones, and even gave me extra French fries. However, this should never happen. It completely ruined my image of what McDonald’s should be. I used to love it, but now when I see the sign, all I can think of is raw meat and getting sick.

  I walked in to do a doordash and it took them 20 minutes to get the doordash ready, there was also flies EVERYWHERE, and the customer service is horrible. They had people walk out with how bad the customer service was.

  I come in a couple times a week to get my guilty pleasure, sausage McMuffin with egg. I order on the app. Pick up in the store. Most of the employees know me, I’m Mary Beth. Today 4/01/26 ordered, came in. And waited and waited while other people came into the lobby. Not one employee came out to say anything about anything. At 20 minutes in, I said hello to the back area, nothing. Said it again louder, nothing. Yelled HELLO. Someone came out, miffed. Stating they were short staffed. Now if someone came out about every 5 minutes or so to update the lobby. I wouldn’t be writing this or vowing never to return. Not that my guilty pleasure was late but because of the lack of customer service and ignored everyone in the lobby.

  Waited to place a order for 7 mins the monitor was just constantly clicking pulled around to first window no one there mind you I just watched 3 other people go threw b4 myself.. proceeded to 2 nd window just to have the window opened to someone saying I’m trying to take my break. So I informed them go ahead take your break no worries terrible customer service couldn’t rate food bc never got any. I guess that employee going on her break could leave a review on her food seeing I a paying customer was not important.
