  Employees were goofing around and not paying attention. Shift manager asked me twice if I paid for my order. I told her I ordered from the kiosk and I didn't get a receipt. one of the other black female employees came up and gave her the ticket she was looking for. then the same girl gave a snarky attitude. this location is one of the worst as far as service goes.

  They allow homeless people to hang out in the seating area and use the bathrooms. Horrible customer service. There is one person in particular that sleeps in front of the nearby Walmart that hangs out in the McDonalds also. Makes you not want to touch anything in the restaurant. I ordered the new Big Arch. Save your money on the 9-dollar burger. A sloppy mess that was very salty tasting. I won't make that mistake again. I live nearby and keep hoping that the place would improve but I am always disappointed.

  Placed an order on door dash. Waited forty five minutes and to our expense no food and no answers. Called twice an hour and a half later. No answer and no food has been prepared or delivered. Twenty more minutes called the dasher and the McDonald's still no answer. Total trash and shouldn't be operating any kind of food providing establishment.
