  I had a great experience at Jimmy John's! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and served nice and warm just the way you want it. You can really taste the quality in every bite. The restaurant itself was clean, welcoming, and well-kept, which made the whole visit even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and attentive, creating a positive atmosphere from the moment I walked in. A special shout-out to Lanae for being such a polite and helpful hostess. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right, and her great attitude really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

  I frequent Jimmy Johns locations around the hampton roads area several times a week. This is by far the slowest location I’ve been to. And I’ve given it several tries since it’s close to work. I wait atleast 10 minutes for a sandwich. Jimmy Johns is known for being “freaky fast” which other locations, like the one on 21st st in Ghent and the one right south of ODU, are very good at. Those locations my food is usually ready before I’m done filling up my fountain drink. This location just lacks that freaky fast factor that most locations have. Also, a couple of the tables are usually stacked with catering boxes and there’s always an older gentleman sitting in the corner (maybe he’s the franchise location operator?) which eats up seating room. Food is still good from what I can tell. I’d rather just order ahead of time on the app maybe to avoid the wait and atmosphere of the place.

  Highly recommend this location. The staff is incredibly friendly, the restaurant is very clean, and the food is fresh and delicious.

  This is the best Jimmy John’s location! They’re fast, attentive and my toasted sandwich always comes out better than ever. Never disappoints!
