- EJEmily Job2 days ago1.0Horrible customer service. I walked in to ask a question. The lady rudely pointed at the kiosk without even a good morning and said all orders go through there. I told her again that I have a question not an order. I explained that a chili was missing from my previous order and the employee Lisa told me to come back to redeem it. She grabbed a chili and proceeded to charge me $5 for it. I told her again that it was owed to me because it was forgotten in my bag. She called me baby and told me that was 2 weeks ago (implying that it doesn’t count). I will not be going back here after being robbed of $5 and then rudely dismissed.
