Walked in placed an order for a medium cherry limeade energy drink at 2:03pm. I'm waiting, the clerk asks what I'm waiting for and at 2:11pm I finally get my drink.
Rdiculous to have waited 9 minutes for a DRINK, no food, just one DRINK.
Two mgrs in the store working orders but I'm waiting for a drink. The mgr doesn't make the drink knowing I've been standing there, she's telling the employee how to make it and I've already waited entirely too long for ONE DRINK!! I won't come back here. I'll go to another location.

Gave me that burger that stayed under the warmer for an hour or two. Bun might've been expired, and/or the burger was dark and firm. They usually do better, but the Wendy's locations in Suffolk seem to be thriving in "we don't give-a-damn" season. Too bad, because I liked this location the most. Do better.

I am done with this store.
Window actually told the car in front of me to back up as they would be a while. I guess because of their timer.
Breakfast burrito was much smaller than usual. It had less than half the normal fillings AND its tortilla was double wrapped.
I should have gone back. Not worth my time, so I am done.

I don't eat much fast food, maybe once a month or less. I had a negative experience at Wendy's years ago, and hadn't been back, until yesterday.
I placed my order, and pulled to the window. The young man just stood there looking at me. I handed him my card, and he soon gave it back. He disappeared for a couple of minutes, then headed me my drink, no straw. A few more minutes he headed me my food. He never once spoke to me, just turned back to his coworkers who were laughing, and goofing off.
That's it for me, and Wendy.
I think people who are on the job, need to remember, without customers, you have no job. Wendy's is DEFINITELY the worst fast food place I've EVER been to.

Lady running the drive thru was possibly the most negative person I've ever encountered. Barely said a word, mumbled, looked mad to be doing her job. No one is forcing you to be there.
I don't go to Wendy's often, and when I go in the future, it will certainly NOT be back to this location.
And the Tendys and were underwhelming, I got 50% of the correct sauces, and the fries were off. Dr. Pepper was good though.
