I initially began my order with a young lady who was nice enough. However, I forgot to provide the 4 digit check-in code while ordering through the drive thru. Once I remembered, I asked if I could provide it. The young lady's voice was promptly replaced by an older gentleman who immediately sounded annoyed and responded to my request with "yeah it kinda helps if you do" with a tone of voice that radiated annoyance and rudeness. When I pulled around to the window the same gentleman awaited me and continued to give off an air of annoyance and irritation that I had the audacity to ask to use my 4 digit check in code. It was the worst customer service experience I've had at this location but certainly not the first. In fact it represents a pattern of worsening attitudes at this specific location. Now as for my food, it was terrible. The beans in my taco salad were cold and gummy. They were clearly not fresh. I also ordered the new salted caramel churro bites to try. They were cold and hard as a rock to try and chew. None of the food seemed fresh or prepared with any concern for its quality which was odd considering it was the lunch rush. Overall this particular location is quickly becoming a taco bell to avoid. Seems a clearing house of staff or at least a retraining may be in order. But that is just my experience.
