I order my food ahead so I can just go through the drive through and pick it up. I was not prepared to get out of my car. In the drive through across the speakers they tell me the drive through is down and I must come in, I tried to explain, but they just kept repeating I must come in. I had a very hard time walking to the counter and it’s very hard for me to stand for any amount of time unassisted. I simply can not understand why since the food was already ordered and we could communicate properly over the speaker, why it couldn’t be handed to me.
