- JAJulie AOct 24, 20222.0Every time I come by on a Sunday night, like 1 am, nobody comes to the speaker even though online states they're open till 330 am that day, and there are employees inside, looking right at me when I drive by, and with the dining room closed and zero cars in the parking lot or drive thru, 2 minutes plus without acknowledgement is unacceptable. I understand if things are going on but the customer should be notified that it may be a minute. I have managed a restaurant before and it doesn't matter what's going on, you tell the customer it'll be a minute. If they don't want to do business at that hour, then the establishment should not be open at those hours.
