- RSRobert Sabo6 days ago1.0First bad experience in years. We have used this Subway since it opened. Only previous issue was the men pulled sandwich out of the toaster too soon. SANDWICH Italian bread was not raise Spunach was soaking wet Bread broke apart when being cut. SERVICE both women had served us many times before. Shift manager is always on top of things and good sandwich maker. PRESENTATION bag was soaked and ripped before I got home. Paper wrapper could not be removed. Returned to store within 15 minutes of leaving, waited 20 minutes for approval from owner to replace, told "never allowed to return food again" Staff refused to look at sub as "I had accepted it" STORE clean One patron eating when I ordered, none when I returned. Waited for floots to be mopped before being helped.

I tell her i want a meatball sub with provolone. Then when i go to pay for my order she doesnt even wait until my transaction is complete she just walks away. Her coworker acted like she didnt want to be there either.when i get the sub is just slob on a roll i couldnt even finish it.
