- AAArrieOct 30, 20251.0I placed a pick-up order. The food was ready on time but was not prepared to my specifications, so I bought it back and asked them to remake it. The cashier didn't speak a word except to ask me for the incorrectly made sandwich back so she could slam it in the trash in front of me. She rolled her eyes and scrolled through her phone the entire time I waited. They made 3 or 4 other sandwiches while I stood there and waited for my sandwich to be remade - I had to ask them when they were going to start re-making my food because I had placed an order in advance so it wouldn't take up my entire break. Again, she didn't say a WORD to me even though I spoke directly to her. After they made MORE sandwiches that weren't mine, they finally got to remaking my food and the cashier bagged it up and slid it across the counter, again without speaking. I would have asked for a manager, but I don't think I would've gotten an answer since she wasn't in the mood to SPEAK. I know they hire people with IDs and cognitive deficits to work in the cafeteria, shops, and restaurants, but if your deficit is that you cannot display basic human courtesy or deliver bare-minimum customer service, you probably should NOT be working in a customer facing position. Just a thought.

- JMjenn mackAug 14, 20251.0During lunch rush the lady working on 8/14 just decided she was going to stop taking orders and yelled out that she was only helping the next 4 or 5 people in line. They are supposed to be open until 5. It was about 1:20 when she decided to stop. I used to work food service at many places, and know lunch rushes are crazy, but this was ridiculous.
