  This review is for MANAGEMENT (and you’re lucky I’m not putting your full names out there). I’d give zero stars if I could. They ALL need to be removed! They are completely unprofessional and make personal issues with their employees. Those ladies (Heather especially) are over worked and way underpaid! Doing a “supervisor’s job but getting no extra pay or anything. It’s ridiculous and management needs to do better. HR is just as bad, if not worse! Why is it that HR refuses to properly get involved and get management in check?! Anyone that goes to HR or the so called “president” end up getting fired a day or two later?! This place is corrupt and needs to be shut down. Customers complain about the hours of business but they don’t realize that there are literally only 3 young ladies to work! No one helps them. Management just complains and threatens them to work extra and longer hours without any extra pay or benefits. These girls will work 6-6 some days longer with no days off! None at all. All for some sandwiches?!!! It’s insane! They are bullied and pushed out. This management needs to be checked and replaced immediately! The board of ethics needs to be involved, department of labor needs to get involved, the news, whoever - because the way they are running this place is completely unacceptable. No appreciation is given to these young ladies working your store. You all should be ashamed of yourselves! This behavior is deplorable! I hope this whole Subway gets shut down!!

  I placed a pick-up order. The food was ready on time but was not prepared to my specifications, so I bought it back and asked them to remake it. The cashier didn't speak a word except to ask me for the incorrectly made sandwich back so she could slam it in the trash in front of me. She rolled her eyes and scrolled through her phone the entire time I waited. They made 3 or 4 other sandwiches while I stood there and waited for my sandwich to be remade - I had to ask them when they were going to start re-making my food because I had placed an order in advance so it wouldn't take up my entire break. Again, she didn't say a WORD to me even though I spoke directly to her. After they made MORE sandwiches that weren't mine, they finally got to remaking my food and the cashier bagged it up and slid it across the counter, again without speaking. I would have asked for a manager, but I don't think I would've gotten an answer since she wasn't in the mood to SPEAK. I know they hire people with IDs and cognitive deficits to work in the cafeteria, shops, and restaurants, but if your deficit is that you cannot display basic human courtesy or deliver bare-minimum customer service, you probably should NOT be working in a customer facing position. Just a thought.

  First time at this subway and it sucked they messed up my Subway when we showed the lady she was very rude had a nasty attitude with all cause I wanted a new sub I walked away she made me mad.

  During lunch rush the lady working on 8/14 just decided she was going to stop taking orders and yelled out that she was only helping the next 4 or 5 people in line. They are supposed to be open until 5. It was about 1:20 when she decided to stop. I used to work food service at many places, and know lunch rushes are crazy, but this was ridiculous.
