  The best Sonic I’ve been to. Fresh food and very friendly service. I’m never expecting much at fast food places but this Sonic is above all others.

  This Sonic should be put down. Never go here. It estimated 6 minutes, and took over 45 minutes to actually get my food, including 10 minutes of standing inside the restaurant after sitting in my car waiting for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. When I was finally given the food, it was cold, the shake was melty, and they didn’t apologize at all.

  Paid $9 for my blast to add whipped cream ( paid 50 cents for it ) and they put a tiny little speckle on the top. I ALWAYS GO TO COOKOUT AND ADD MY OWN WHOP CREAM FROM THE STORE BECAUSE SONIF ALWAYS DOES THIS OR FORGETS THE WHIPPED CREAM. This review would have been 5 stars if they didn’t fall me on the whipped cream.

  Came for ice cream. The hot fudge sundaes werent great. I ordered a vanilla shake and when the order was repeated at the window I tried to correct her but she was onto the next order talking and ignored me. I then moved up, waited, watched 2 cars behind me get their things and leave. Id wondered why I hadnt been there in so long. I recieved a quick reminder...

  Placed an order at this particular SONIC hoping to treat my girlfriend and myself to a night out with shakes and food, but ended up sorely disappointed and down about 30 dollars. We came to the restaurant after placing the order through the SONIC mobile app, finding that a good portion of the screens in the stalls were broken or damaged, and when we checked in our order in a working stall, the loading screen stayed on the “In The Kitchen” status before an employee eventually came out, asked the name, and said that our order had already been picked up by DoorDash, even though we used the SONIC app. When we tried to correct them and ask for our food, showing email and app proof of our order, they repeatedly just told us it had already been picked up and refused to talk to us further. They apparently failed to verify that they were giving the order to the correct person before just allowing our food to get stolen. Eventually drove away feeling disregarded and like we’d had a great night made all the more stressful. Thanks.
