  I don’t leave reviews but i been here at least 20 times. Best smashburger in the 757. Never had a bad order. I hate going to the outlets because of traffic but Smashers make it worth it 100%

  Love this place and the food. Got to say hi to the owner and he is so kind. The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and fast. My husband and I brought our sister and her husband today and they loved it just as much as we did. Thankyou for such a great atmosphere.

  I gave it two stars because the flavor of my burger was decent however my husband ordered an original burger wrapped in lettuce unfortunately he found a fly in the lettuce as well as a mysterious hair strand in our fries. Completely disgusted and will not be back to this location.

  Burger was delicious 9/10, fries were a nah for me, they just tasted like grease 3/10, milkshake was a 7/10. Pretty pricey for the serving, workers were nice, waited 25 minutes for 2 meals, only would recommend the burger.

  I’ve had Smashers on my to try list since they opened September of 2024. I’m excited to say I really loved them. So this was a long overdue try, but honestly the reviews looked almost too good to be true. I never knew they were a local. That they started off in Cape Charles, Va as a truck and that they now operate a brick and mortar there. I certainly did not know that a young 22 year old young man founded the Smashers in his teens. The Norfolk location is just outside of the Premium Outlets and right off Interstate 64. So they are convenient with ample free parking. The streets on the corner of a strip with great signage. The lot was clean as was the walk up. Upon trying them New Year’s Eve I found a small line heading in and a busy dining room. I certainly was surprised by all this. The digital menu board makes it easy to decide when in line. Smashers offers a few varieties of burgers and you customize to your own liking. The fast casual is a walk up and pick up when name called. They seem to do a lot of take-out. The kitchen is closed off from view, but I saw a lot of energy from staff when ordering. The dining room has plenty of real estate with a spread out seating arrangement. Everything was clean and staff was visible wiping down tables during my visit. Restrooms are in the rear. I did note the toilet seat was broken at the base and minor debris. Everything functioned and had necessary supplies. The comparison to Five Guys is easy to see in menu and color scheme. Even the price points compare which do tilt up. A difference however, no fountain beverages are available, only bottled drinks. However, Smashers does offer delicious shakes. I would not dare pass up. It seems like the Chopped, like a cheesesteak is the businesses specialty item. The service while taking my order was both helpful and friendly assisting with first time questions on the menu. Ultimately my son and I decided on the Original which is a double that is customized to each customers specification’s. We both added bacon. We spilt a fries and Oreo shake. My card processed with no issue and tipping can be added to card only. Our order was called out in under 15 minutes which we both thought was darn good considering they were busy. The shake was ready a few minutes later. So the verdict after a few bites was sheer delight at the taste of the cheeseburgers. The bread was fresh and the meat a nice crispiness to it with a wow factor unique flavor. The bacon was crispy and quality. The condiments added to the overall deliciousness of the sandwich. Fries were cooked up crispy and yum! The milkshake was a home run!!! It was thin enough to drink through a straw, a pet peeve of mine as I doodle overly thick shakes. More importantly it was downright scrumptious!!!! Although I’m a 4.5 and rounding down, I absolutely would return and recommend Smashers. I can see other locations on this businesses future.
