As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.
Numerous customers reported extremely slow service, long wait times, and incorrect orders, leading to frustration.

These young kids never paying attention, messed up the order after having to repeat 3x, pulled off didn't have the sauce I asked for, they didn't have anything right just won't be going back.

They were out of several things that I tried to order. Then I was told after I paid that I would have to wait for my tenders (not the best tenders I've ever had). They asked me to park and when they finally brought my order out it was missing part of the order. I asked for a mixture of sweet and unsweetened tea since it is always too sweet and I was only given unsweetened tea. The young lady that took my order and the gentleman that brought my order out were both very nice.

My fries tasted like they were coated in a something that left a weird texture coating the inside of my mouth. I hated it. BUT, their customer service is on point.

Waited over 30 minutes for an online pick up order and they still didn’t get it right. The one important thing out of my whole order and they didn’t put it in the bag. Called the store 4 times and they wouldn’t answer. Horrible customer service

It’s very dirty and unsanitary , the managers have attitudes everyday ,coming in late and everyone in there has problems. I waited on my food for a hour and a half and it was cold I asked for it to be fresh they complained and gave me the wrong order.The general manager doesn’t do his job nor make sure it’s clean in there overall this place needs to be shut down
