As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I’m not sure who they hire but the customer service is TRASHHHHH there’s always a wait time to get ur food the. Workers act like you are bothering them they sit outside smoking cigarettes. The system always down or they only taking cash only they get your order and then look at you like you are the problem they are never apologetic last time I visited this location we waited almost 20 mins for our food and they still had the order wrong and was very rude when we asked for missing items. Alll a while one of the employees was walking around eating a burger her self I can’t make this up This place is just TRASHHHHHH

I waited at the menu board for about 10 minutes and nobody responded so I drove up to the window. I explained to the cashier however she really didn't seem too concerned about it. I want to head and ordered a combo one with no onions and a Coke. Took about 15 minutes and then finally I received my order and went home. Once I got home and opened up the bag I noticed the sandwich was sitting on top of the fries and the fries and the fries or dripping greasy. When I open up my sandwich I was surprised to see it was the wrong order. A combo one is a baconator and what I received was a burnt chicken and burnt bacon. I could only eat half a sandwich and then had to throw it away it was so nasty. This is the worst place I've ever ordered from and will never order from there again.
