There was a long line, but only one employee was responsible for making bowls and burritos and ringing up customers. She was clearly rushing, and as a result, the portions were extremely small and inconsistent. Everything felt hurried and unorganized. On top of that, they were out of basic items — no cooked veggies and no chips to go with my queso. That was very frustrating, especially during a peak lunch hour. I asked the cashier for my receipt and she replied, ‘It’s yours.’ Very rude. Whatever happened to basic customer service? Sad! The restaurant was clearly severely understaffed, which impacted both food quality and service. Overall, it was an unsatisfactory experience and not worth the price. I hope management addresses the staffing issues because this location is not meeting expectations.
