Now my expectations are high, only 2B disappointed. Im in food service, so I get that things happen and there could be staffing issues, I try 2B patient. It was not busy, however, I had to wait 15 minutes pass my pick up time for my order, which was just sitting there. I ordered nachos and queso, a freebie for downloading the App and street tacos. They didn't have the queso. I payed for extra guacamole for my nachos but didn't receive. Maybe because towards the end I was rushing them to give me my food. I got to the car and my tacos were cold. I did have guacamole all over my bag which got on my car seats. The tacos were ok. The guacamole on tacos was tasty.

The bowl we ordered was missing cheese, salsa, and tortilla strips. The burrito I ordered wasn't even a burrito. It was a bowl with the wrong meat, rice, and several missing toppings. The chips we ordered must be correct, right? Wrong. We ordered chips we pico de gallo and normal queso. We were given medium salsa and queso diablo. I can understand one item missing, but getting everything wrong in our order is inexcusable. Very disappointed because I know the quality Qdoba can deliver. Update - the manager Earl called to discuss the issues mentioned above. He explained the situation and took full accountability for the poor service. I appreciate the phone call and updated the review accordingly.
