  I have never had a bad experience with them but when I go they are always welcoming and love my baby girl The pizza is pretty decent more often than not, but as for the service, I’ve personally never had a bad experience. They be working they butts off even on hard tasks

  The worse experience I’ve ever encountered with pizza . So I order a pizza and wings separately. Sent my husband to pick it up . The lady gave him wings only he asked her don’t I have something else she said no he said they kinda went back and forth because he could clearly see my name twice on the screen. Anywho he left . So I asked where was my pizza and that’s when he told me about his experience. So I called Pizza Hut no answer spoke with the call center a few times they told me they were sending a email about my refund etc . I finally spoke to a gentleman it sounded like and told him n was extremely rude . Here today I have received a refund and this happened on the 15th. I called today spoke with Tisha well that’s what she gave me. N she proceeded to tell me she only see an order for wings when i clearly called my bank and it also shows on my banking app n on my Pizza Hut order so I’m confused. But I will be refunded because I never received anything on yall behave . It’s ashamed how rude ppl are n I feel bad for the younger generation

  I have been ordering my families pizza’s for years from old location. Now that Pizza Hut moved on Colley ave this is even closer to me. Great Food*Great customer service*Great experience! Thank you Colley Ave Pizza Hit in Norfolk Va.

  Ordered a Pepperoni Lovers and Meat Lovers with Mushrooms and onions,both Pan crust. What I received was 2 burnt hand tossed pizzas. The Pepperoni Lovers looked like a regular pepperoni pizza and the onions and mushrooms were missing from my meat Lovers. The crust is so hard it is inedible. What in the world Pizza Hut!! When I called about my order I was told they would try to get my order remade and sent back out. I will see how long that takes if and when it happens.

  Absolutely horrible. Paid for $42 of 2 large pizzas, breadsticks and a 2 liter on Super Bowl Sunday. One of the large pizzas didn’t arrive with my order and we immediately told the driver, who claimed he told the location twice about the error and then told us to call them and left. We called but of course were sent to the call center who said they could credit us but not refund unless we went to their location in person. Horrible service and the pizza and breadsticks we got were greasy and unappetizing. Also why pay a delivery fee when the driver won’t go back and correct the mistake? I just want a refund. I don’t want a credit to give them more of my money from the now 2 disappointing orders we’ve had from them.
