Instead of simply acknowledging the mistake and letting me know my pizza was being made, the staff blamed it on a “corporate issue.” That’s not helpful—especially when I’m standing there waiting for an order that should have already been ready. Very disappointing experience, and it makes the whole ordering system feel unreliable. I've been in the store now for over 30mins with at least 25 orders processed in front of mine.
