She was incredibly kind, patient, and handled everything with a great attitude from start to finish. Not only did she resolve the issue quickly, but she also went above and beyond by throwing in free wings, which was such a nice surprise. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. Huge shoutout to Laytoya for making sure I left happy - I will definitely return there because of her.

I then contacted the store and they stated they still had my order here and asked did we want it to be delivered i said yes. They said 20 minutes and it will be there. 45 minutes later I called and they said they didn't have the address when they told me they had it. I told them the address and they said it would be 45 minutes to deliver it. An hour and 15 mi uses later I called and got a different person which kept cutting me off saying it wasn't going to be delivered and that I needed to deal with doordash. I told her I had already done that and was already told 2 times it was going to be delivered. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional and now had to do something else in order to feed my kids. If these people would have just said they couldn't deliver the order that was already made, I would have ordered something else. Will never order Pizza Hut again.
