I’m writing this review because I’ve had this experience twice ( yesterday at the Panera at Lynnhaven Mall) and today at the Panera on Tidewater Dr. Apparently, in an effort to save money the food quality has diminished considerably. On both occasions, I ordered the broccoli cheese soup. The quality of the soup from Lynnhaven Mall was as thin as Tea ( thankfully, I checked before leaving and returned the item). Today at Tidewater Dr. the same item was also watered down ( although not as thin as it was at Lynnhaven Mall). So folks, if you have a taste for broccoli cheese soup, learn to make it. Panera will disappoint on all levels, taste, quality, not to mention the money wasted, and gas to drive to the location.

I don't eat Chicken so the Hummus is a protein replacement - there are hardly any grains either... so it's a plain salad...I don't like to keep having to complain and I am sure they are not going to change the image on the website which is incorrect so I will just stop going there...not worth over $12 - may as well make it at home.
