  Freaky slow. Over an hour for delivery. Has happened a few times from this location. Just wasted my money as my lunch was over an hour ago. Thanks again 21st Jimmy John’s.

  Zero star isn't an option, but it should be. Very poor service. Advertises as "freaky fast" but it's really "freaky slow" I ordered five sandwiches at 12:23 pm (totaling $50 w/ delivery charge, tax and a 15-20% tip). Received "out for delivery" text at 12:52. We waited until 1:30 PM and still no delivery. At this point the sandwiches had been made over 70 minutes ago so I called and cancelled the order. We live less than a half mile from the store. We could have easily picked up if we had known they were busy. Poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere. I did.
